Mixed-media on vintage Spode ware board (303 x 295mm) from the Spodespiration series.

Acrylic colour, found paper ephemera, vintage Spode printed collateral and Spode pattered tissue print used to create a 6 section abstract inspired by the title of (Stoke author) Arnold Bennett’s book ‘Anne of the Five Towns’. Cut section of vintage Spode ware board found on site at Spode Works used as the base surface. Sold at exhibition.
