Shipping & delivery
Please note: arrangements can be made to store items for customers to collect. Please contact jontatham42@gmail.com prior to placing an order.
All shipping costs are outlined at checkout before placing an order. Notifications are sent via email to inform you of your estimated delivery date from the courier. All orders are packaged and shipped as soon as possible but please allow 2 working days for this. Always get in contact if your order is particularly urgent or you wish to arrange a collection. In some instances it MAY be possible to make a personal delivery of your item.
Packaging - We always strive to reuse all packaging that arrives with deliveries sent to us, so please forgive appearances of any packaging that looks a little used. We will always ensure your purchase is secure and well wrapped.

Damaged goods
If a purchase arrives damaged it must be reported to us within two days of delivery, with photographs emailed to us showing the damage. If the piece is beyond repair we will issue a refund, or if possible, arrange a replacement. If a repair is possible we will cover the cost of having the item posted back to us and the cost of repair. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: bespoke or commissioned artworks unless they have arrived damaged.
If you have simply changed your mind about a piece, it must be returned to us in an undamaged and completely resaleable condition within 7 working days. We will then issue you with a refund.
